I saw this in the first video. $50 for a dinner in the 1940s could get you some high end dinner with Hollywood stars, worth around $1000 in today's money. Nowadays, it can only get you some Applebee's for a group of two or three.

I agree with you. Also, apples, oranges/clementines and bananas are better tasting in my opinion.

For American cartoons, or Japanese ones? Avatar is a 2005 cartoon, that a friend recommended me in 2022. Same with Hunter x Hunter, which was recommended to me by my same friend in 2021.

But hey, 20th century cartoons are better (especially the 1940s).

A classic 1960s anime, that will be added to my list. If you like 1960s stuff, you would like this late-1960s American cartoon by Hanna-Barbera, Wacky Races.

For animation in general, my favorite is Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Bugs Bunny is the best cartoon, hands down. But that Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime looks a little overkill in my opinion as the girls dress a little too Victorian, but with lots of pink for my taste, but it does have a cool art style.

When I was growing up, I hated Avatar! I forgot to mention Tom and Jerry! I am an avid cat lover!
