Oh my gosh, it's still around as jiffy mix, cheap too. I'll have to buy some at the store next time
Cream cheese, cheddar, walnuts and hot sauce. Cream and coffee. Later will be some ground beef medley which incorporates jalapenos and more hot sauce.

UTube had something like that on their food shorts. Mix it in a blender and roll it in balls. I tried to find it just now but couldn't. They have new recipes everyday .

from scratch is easy
preheat oven to 350 or 375 degrees while oven get to temp
first decide if you like it thin as I do about 1&1/4 inch thick or as some 2&1/2 to 3&1/2 inches thick.
I take 1 cup self rising yellow meal in a about 4 inch tall by 8 to 9 inches wide add one raw whole egg.
mix egg and meal with fork n till you see no dry meal and it is all small beads or lumps. let set like that
I take cast iron pan add 1 &1/2 tablespoon bacon grease set on burner heat on medium, at same time add
buttermilk to the meal and stir slowly with fork, ( stirring quick will make it like cake) till you have meal think and will pour like honey
let set turn up fire on bacon grease when you see the grease start smoking pour in meal turn off fire place in oven check in 20 to 25 minutes
if you like think you need more meal and maybe 2 eggs
