Wow, ok. No offense intended.I am single and I cook chicken and dumplimgs, beef stew, Lima beans, Cornbread, english pea salad, Chicken breast, porkchop, potato salad, Baked potato and also baked sweet potato. tostato casserarole and some other things I just posted what I had not what I can cook.

haha - I just mix it in a bowl - no cooking involved. It's to make sure I get some healthy fats and not too much protein or carbs so I'm full until dinner. UTube had something like that on their food shorts. Mix it in a blender and roll it in balls. I tried to find it just now but couldn't.
