  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

30F here today, felt like a heat wave, even with the wind blowing a little. Unseasonably warm for here this time of year, as it will be in the upper 20's and some low 30's for a few days, but will drop again after that. Enjoying it while it lasts, as spring is still 3 months away

It's 53F and beautiful here in Central Oklahoma today. The weatherman says it will hit 64F tomorrow. We're supposed to have 50s into the next week. We give thanks, but we are praying for rain that is badly needed.

Wet underfoot here too, and I saw a tad of snow when checking the bulbs. Seems cold, but the temps on the weather maps are a bit higher, about 7C.

It was up to 55F and sunny here in Central Oklahoma today. It's supposed to hit 60F tomorrow. We've had a lot of wind, but things are still very nice.

We had a high today of 61F and should have lows in the 40s tonight in Central Oklahoma. It's very pleasant, but we're all praying for rain.
