  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't know what it's like over there, but I thought it was going to snow here this morning. The Arctic winds are really kicking up.

Ideal temperatures for cattle though. Hopefully this current wave of mastitis buggers off now. I've lost count of the amount of antibiotic tubes I've had to administer over the last week or two.

lol Only if youre running more than a few head of cattle. lol I'm mainly feeding myself and my immediate family.

I feel for you. I haven't had a case in awhile, but then again, I don't have that many cows. As long as I get a couple of steers for beef, I'm good.

With all the stress of life, I became really ill. So trying to heal up, relax a bit, paint our kitchen ( :S) and watch all the christmas movies! Because I'm so ready.

How about you?

I'm so sorry to hear about this. Please take it easy, girl. But open a window to the kitchen...Those paint fumes can be intense. lol

Yayyy for Christmas movies!! I love The Christmas Shoes, Prancer, and even though it's not a "Christmas" movie.. I love Little Women around Christmas... coincidently it is coming on the tv soon.

I don't remember having watched Prancer, so it would be a new one. I am far less classy. I like all the cheesy Christmas movies. ALL. The. Cheesy. Movies.

And you should definitely go to a Christmas parade. That sounds fantastic!
