Yeah, she's a woman who was severely traumatized by Satanic ritual abuse during her childhood. I know some women buy dolls to use as coping methods. My mother bought a life-like baby doll to help herself reduce stress by treating it like an actual baby.
I would leave this woman alone.
I remember running into this woman in public. She had a carriage and a peaked to look at the baby while standing in line to pay for my items.. when I finally looked into the carriage I saw a dog dressed up as a baby.. I started laughing.. and the woman was like "yeah.. it's kind of funny.. don't judge me.." then I felt awkward for laughing.. lol.

My mother actually wanted to buy a baby carriage for the dogs to go out for walks. The dogs are small, getting older, and one had physical health problems. I refused to do this and the idea was dropped.

I know someone who would have a "human" dog round her house.
I don't know.. bizarre behavior isn't always a result of faulty genetics.. sometimes it's a result of being abused.
It was more or less a joke. If you're that loony tunes, then I don't think being a parent is in your best interests...
