  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't mind my negative thoughts now and they are not nearly as automatic and as unconscious as they used to be. I used to be trapped so badly in automatic mindless negative thinking. I like to consider everything inside and find answers or resolutions but the worst part is not finding answers and repeating over and over.

I guess there are all kinds of reasons why a person might be self-loathing. I would think that understanding why you feel what you feel might give some closure, it certainly has for me.

also usually I can out reason my negative thoughts and feelings, I simply don't want to be what some of the things in me say I want and I am used to dealing with intrusive thoughts. it's useful to know that both good and evil spirits influence us. our natural biology is how it is and so some things are survival warning signs. i.e. loneliness is what it is probably because being alone in the old world of primitive humanity most likely meant you are in danger of dying. I don't have a good grasp on what self-loathing means atm.

Had a wonderful day! Got to sleep in, caught up on some shows, had a nice dinner out, bought a Lego Wonder Woman figurine (she's adorable and was fun to build!), and then some nice relax time before bed.

Thanks, I REALLY needed that.......

Just found out that the rental car I got after the accident and cost to pick up the truck this accident cost me.

I wont lie I said a lot of words that do not belong coming out of my mouth.... both the moment it happened but when I heard the cost of it all especially........... ..... clearly my heart needs more cleaning.... much anger still resides there.

But I did need the laugh to snap me out of rage mode. (When I think about it)
