I know they won't be far, and it's silly to be so upset about it because I'll still see them. I guess just watching them cry throughout the day, or suddenly come and give me a hug was really difficult. And I didn't want to seem too down around them, and instead encourage them.
But now I'm just an emotional wreck and in need of a nap. Or a popsicle. Or both LOL

No actually those kinds of questions are actually the ones I love. I like the lifestyle talk/humor about the misfortunes of life/being supportive of someone whose having a rough time, side of CF
I don't like the "theology" component of CF. It's messy.
I really need to find a church I love and agree with ... I've been trying to use CF as a way to have Christian friends/a community of people who share the same beliefs but it's not really working
I feel the same way. I enjoy theology but I sincerely do not like debates or arguing, or any conflict.
Hard to avoid as a Christian, I know, but I do not have enough knowledge to be in those kind of topics.
Same,I prefer to encourage people and tell them about God's love and grace. I suppose that is what you would call Evangelism - which is apparently one of my Spiritual gifts.
As for the church - I've had (personal and petty) issues with some of the youth groups but I am trying to serve at the church and land a part time job there. I'd like to be more involved and grow closer to the Lord, if my stubborn flesh would stop being a poopy head.
CF is a hit or miss with posts. I had a fail of my own today that I'm going to try and forget and move on from. lol
I can't stand debating either or conflict. It's one thing to contend for your faith but it's another to be arrogant, unloving, and downright rude

Lol "petty" hahahaa, I feel you. I have theology issues at my church but I will go until I find a better church. There are almost no youth at my church. I would love to join a youth group at another church but I'm too shy and stubborn like you
