Always feel embaressed and horrible when I do cry secretly. Lol.
I'm not advocating breaking down in public (although there are times for that), but experiencing real emotion and sorrow is not a shameful thing. In fact, it is really concerning if a person never experiences that. That would make you a sociopath.
