  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Any argument could be made, really. Well, I don't know. There could be a law against suing people in emergency situations, I'm not a lawyer.

I know that in China there was this little girl who was injured, and the crowd around her was ignoring her, because they didn't want to face a lawsuit. I'm talking about a good thousand people here..

The regular male posters in this CF singles forum could never do misogyny justice in the true sense. (The closest it came to that was from some of the posters contributing in the cheating leverage thread. I was told a few very interesting things by some guest posters). I think even if you tried, most of you are too logical and want a girlfriend some day, lol. The worst misogyny I have encountered is typically from supposed Christians (obviously, I'm not excluding fundamentalist Arabic nations, but I've never lived there or had to deal with that).
