OK, that does it. I'm definitely not waiting until New Years to quit pop. My mood has been plummeting, my weight increasing, and last night I drank so much pop that I couldn't fall asleep until 3:00-4:00 AM.
I hope this doesn't sound selfish but I would welcome any prayers to help me kick my pop habit for good. My New Years resolutions are to avoid pop and start exercising more. My eating habits border on an eating disorder and I know I cannot do this alone.
Time for rehab.
I don't think I've had pop for the last 4-5 months.
Loved pop as a kid, as an adult it just feels like sugar water and isn't really appealing to me at all. (unless it's fresh from the tap for a special treat.)
Like maybe you need to tell your mind this, pop is overrated. Unless you're suffering from the caffeine addiction. I'd had that before, and it's horrible.
