Driving to work this morning I saw a man throw his dog out of the car and drive off. The poor thing looked confused and started to chase after his owner's car as he was driving away. Luckily I was right behind, so I got his license plate number and I'm going to call and report him.

The evil of some people really makes me despise humanity.

Love dogs so much... people are disgusting.

That is just awful. From the sounds of it, that dog loved his owner to death and got betrayed in the end. I sincerely hope that dog finds a new home with a loving family because I can't imagine being abandoned like that.

wow, that's crazy...but also a beautiful thing to know that it didn't escape God's eyes because you were there.

I couldn't stop, but there are some houses in the area that will hopefully take him in. I hate I couldn't stay to help him, but at least reporting the idiot owner is a step in the right direction.

ETA: I re-read my post and realized I said "threw", but I didn't mean that he literally threw the dog out of the car. More like he put him out, but still that's just as despicable.

This incident reminds me of this one time during winter. My stepfather was driving me to another town for a doctor's appointment and it was -30'C (-22'F) outside. During the travel, I saw two dogs and a puppy walking by the side of the road. I did a little prayer to God for those dog's safety in such harsh weather.

Seriously, it breaks my heart to see suffering and I am glad that it will be over one day.

Sorry to hear about your stress at the moment. Can totally relate.

That's how I feel about life. Life is hard and for some, it's like a 1980's Nintendo game when it comes to difficulty. Not much we can do but just fight for survival until the Lord comes. Lord grant you strength.

Once in Heaven, I'll walk into my new house, fall down on the bed and maybe have a nice, non-harmful, non-addicting smoke and just laugh at all the terrible things I survived and left behind in the name of God. I assume you'll be thinking of something more grand once you're in your new home.

It'll be worth it.

Lol!! Yeah... that's about right. Life hurts right now, but I can't help but think God is working in my life right now for something more. I don't know what that is yet, but in His time, He will reveal.

Naw, sounds angry. I just take the lemons and hope and pray the lemons will mean something and that it all won't be in vain.
