I'm getting hungry and it's almost dinner time, so I thought I would post this thread.

So, what's for dinner tonight?

Tonight, I'm making chicken, rice, veggies.

Well not that I had actually made anything today... I prefer to eat out most days of the week, at least as long as I can get my dinner with a student price LOL. I think I had some sort of funny bean & coconut cream thingy.

LOL yeah it was kinda funny... Usually the food that chain offers is quite ok but they tend to experiment more with the vegetarian options and sometimes the results are rather weird.. Oh well, I had good company so the food didn't matter too much.

My freezer needs to be seriously deep-cleaned & re-stocked! But tonight we're having chicken nuggets with a spinach salad.

I have to pack out dinner tonight because the kids have swimming and then AWANA and there isn't enough time to come back home so we're eating at the pool. Anyway, I'm packing ham and cheese sandwiches, Doritos, yogurt, various fruits and juice boxes.

I need to figure out dinner tonight. I might defrost some fish when I go home on my lunch break. I'm thinking pan-fried fish, mashed potatoes and corn.

I just returned from the grocery store. Tonight's Dinner Menu:

-Fried Chicken
-Mashed Potatoes
-Turnip Greens
-Creamed corn
-Biscuits or Cornbread
-& Gravy

My kids have youth group so they'll eat at the church. This means I get to make something kid-unfriendly. We're having tomato lentil curry with brown rice.
