What would you say or do to the bullies?

First I'd say: "God, please give me the strength to whip their butts!"

Then I'd whip their butts

And then turn around and walk away... of course sometimes it would make them mad an they would TRY to beat me up but instead they would find that what I said was true early and not bug me anymore

you see people underestimate me because I'm small,and every one here who is small can back me up on this, being small has its advantages if you know how to use them

I didn't used to have much sympathy for bullies because I was one who was picked on a lot, and I can't say that a person still wouldn't get their feelings hurt, because that's our human nature. But then, you step back and realize that God even loves BULLIES.

John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

Ask them why they feel the need to put others down to puff themselves up, sometimes they get angry. Sometimes they need a talking to from the principal too, people shouldn't be continually subjected to bullies, it's not good for our spirit. Bullies suck.
