I interviewed with a company last Wed and they told me to come back Fri to practice putting in insurance claims.
They'd asked me when I could start, I told them my son was visiting us last week and today I had a dr appointment. I was asked what time I could start and told them 8:30.

Now....should I expect a call if they are interested in hiring me?? I don't want to just show up and it be akward.....

She just went on about my resume. I did enjoy the sample data entry that I'd done. I know God is in control but I can't help but feel let down...

If she told you to definitely come on Friday......then you should go if you want the job. If you are unsure, just call and tell her you would like to confirm your appointment for Friday or something.....

I did go on Friday. She says they are really busy and still undecided.

Oh; you weren't very clear about that in the OP. I would do what the previous poster suggested. I don't know why you would just show up; if the last thing she told you was that they were undecided; that would be awkward. Call and find out.
