What would you do with this man? Put in jail for life or what?

Nebraskan Man Is Arrested For The 226th Time.

(AHN) - Nebraskan, Kevin Holder, was arrested for the 226th time. His rap sheet is 43 pages long and goes way back to 1980.

He was nabbed by police in possession of burglar tools.

At some point you need to lock him up for being scum. Possibly send him to a county work farm (do they still have those?). Or that jail in Arizona? where he sleeps in a tent, has no coffee & listens to Rush Limbaugh.

I'm sure legislators are drafting the 227th strike and you're in jail for life right now...obviously our prison system has failed once again since jail hasn't been quite the source of rehabilitation this gentleman needs...

That's the problem
Jail shoud not be for "rehabilitation" But for PUNISHMENT.

After Jail they can recive "rehabilitation", but Hard Labor in Jail.

This guy acts like they will never learn, and is a danger to the people at large.
