Hi there, So just in terms of my fundamental belief, how is my foundation doing? I believe in Jesus, true and I am always going to believe in Jesus, true. That means I will fundamentally takes His words to heart and attempt to apply them, in whatever context I can. The extension of this, is that I begin to look more and more like Jesus, to the world - the world hates this, but there is no argument against it, because there is no argument against Jesus. You can establish then, that if you have seen something of Jesus anywhere it is of importance and relevance to me. Only what does this mean to an Evolutionist? The point is that Jesus is returning to rule, He will be setting the standard for the human species and if we live or die, it will be up to His Father, as always. But is there something, anything, that would wipe Jesus out, even all of us, under His rule. Have we reached a level of confidence in His life beyond "Death", that there is at least one selection pressure that will not touch us, being the selection of the cross, for one Death to be for all Death and so bring the selection pressure on the basis of Death to an end? Tell me! What selection pressure is there, that will undo what Christ has done? Sin has received sacrifice, righteousness has received freedom, judgment has received power! Corruption is last of all! If everyone died, maybe? Maybe then, Jesus would leave this world? Or would He create life again, to satisfy His will! How would you know, there are people believing in Jesus everywhere, everyday the message spreads - even those who only hear of it, tingle in their ears! There is something transformative, about coming together in faith, we become more able, more empowered, the fear of being obsolete is converted to optimism that we will be able to communicate the power of Jesus to the world, we no longer ask those with us to show us their failings, their weakness to pressure, that could be praise to God. We simply ask that those with us praise God, for all that they have. There is no second guessing why, we simply know that God has loved us, even before we have become what power through Evolution would enable. But in all this, there is a pay off: there is a point at which we are satisfied to praise God, passing up potential Evolution, so that we are able to praise the more. This is what it is to pass on to the next life, if we have nothing between us and God, there is no selection pressure which can encourage us to keep fighting with selection pressure. Christ wins! We will serve Him in eternity and selection pressures will follow after us, having died in the Lord to ensure that the Way, Truth and Life of the Lord have yielded praise unto Him. This is power. It will ever accelerate, ever charge, we will change and not have to change again, but will have our place in the Light, that makes all change possible. It will be an intenser constancy, than Evolution on its own can develop. Pain will cease. Joy will abound. Do you seek to change, if you have joy? And if no selection pressure can slow you down, what do you have? These are the things, God with His Son can rejoice in!
