Isaiah alluded to Satan in 14:
Ezekiel 28:
Jude 1:
What made angels rebel?
Pride and greed.
Pride was Satan's downfall.12 How you have fallen from heaven, O day star, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the ground, O destroyer of nations. 13 You said in your heart: “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God. I will sit on the mount of assembly, in the far reaches of the north.d 14 I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.”
Ezekiel 28:
Satan resorted to sinful violence to accomplish his goals.15 From the day you were created you were blameless in your ways— until wickedness was found in you. 16 By the vastness of your trade, you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mountain of God, and I banished you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones. 17 Your heart grew proud of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor; so I cast you to the earth; I made you a spectacle before kings.
Jude 1:
Evil angels were not content with their God-given positions. They wanted more.6 And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.
