By what the Bible tells me is that we are Born again and filled with the incorruptible Holy Spirit as we live here on earth.

The law was the covenant between Israel and the Lord, though the law itself could only condemn sin since there is nothing in it to redeem people, the blood of bulls and whatnot only forshadowing the coming of God's own Lamb to take away the sins of the world (by those who believe in Him).
