Super Mario Bros. will always be one of the classics that got me into gaming. However, the Intelevision had a lot of games that I remember playing as a kid like Stampede, B-17 Bomber, Bomb Squad, Boxing, and Burger Time.

haha oh this will give some laughs...

the first game that got me into gaming was an old circus game for little kids where the main character was a brown bear.... ancient game i dont even remember the name of.... hey i was like 4 or 5 so what did you expect?

but what realy got me into my current gaming style was Dark Age of Camelot... that dragged me back to the PC, and i have been a PC gamer since...

Star Voyager, NES

This was one of my favorites as well! It was sooo advanced and you could actually explore and land on planets!

I've liked video games as far back as I can remember. My early favorites would be Joust, Asteroids and Chopper Command for Atari 2600 and Super Mario Bros for NES. Ahhh, the good old days.

I can't tell you how many hours I spent (wasted) on that game. It's unreal. And that game is impossible to beat without a Game Genie. Heck even with the Game Genie I never beat it. My brother on the other hand, the super gaming savant, he beat it using the Game Genie. The game has the lamest, most depressing ending that I swear if I had actually beat it, I'd have lost my mind seeing that as the ending.

Remember the old NES game "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" I wasted hours and hours on that too. Never figured it out. Never beat it. Then I go to YouTube and there's a video of a guy who beat it in 6 min, 30 seconds. AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Actually I was able to beat it although I don't quite remember how. I think it had something to do with being able balance taking out the enemy squadrons before they reached your home base, with exploring enough planets to find the ship upgrades you needed to fight the more advanced waves of enemies. Lol, I should download a rom and try it out again.

I remember playing Roger Rabbit at my cousins place, but I never got very far.

Gabby, your signature is... overly large and scary.

Ahm, you could've PMed her instead of attempting to humiliate her
in front of everyone in the thread. She's only 15. Jeez.

Don't take this the wrong way but beating Star Voyager makes you a poopie head.

Well, the last page was oversized in that I had to scroll the screen right to see everything. I thought it was her signature, made my post, realized it wasn't her sig., and edited my post. I figured I might as well mention it's size while I was at it. It was nothing personal
