Legalistic rules regarding music know no bounds. Basically, any musical instrument is off limits if it has a close association with the music off the world.

Closest pizza place is a couple miles away. Never had their pizza before.

Here in Iowa we don't have dirt public roads. We have lots of gravel roads, but no public roads which are solely dirt. We do have "unimproved" roads which are dirt and they are the responsibility of various landowners. They range from tire tracks of tractors in farm fields to access roads. The nearest ones would be outside of the city limits here. We do have one city (not a small city or village, either) in Iowa which still has dirt streets.

Nearest street paved with paving bricks?

That is Sioux City. It is quite odd. The dirt streets connect with paved streets. Apparently there are no occupied properties on the dirt stretches so the city didn't pave them.

That would probably be my clothes washer in the basement, but I only lay the clothes on it just before I put them in the washer. Otherwise, my clothes are hung or on shelves or in drawers.

That would be KKYX, a wonderful classic country music station which in the mid-morning also has an agriculture report which is a great place to hear the going prices for cattle and chicken feed.
