Some people think that you must keep on proclaiming that Jezus is the way, the truth and life but most of the time this is far from effecticve though true. When I think of ministry I think of three pillars:
- Love
- Freedom and the peace of christ
- unity
Love
It is possible for us christian to love unconditionaly and everybody no matter what his or her background is or what hies actions are. If we show this to the world people will se this and wonder why we can while they mostly can't
Freedom and the peace of christ
When the Son make you free, truly free you will be. WHe whe have christ we are dead for the law and we can grow in love for our neighbour and God who is 1. Whe are no longer bound to wordly aspects as the nescessity to work until you drop. Als we have the peace of christ so show that. Dont't stress but keep calm under all circumstances. These are also important aspect of beeing christian. God is a God of pece and rest.
Unity
I'm working on realizing real unity amongst all churches but now already we as a church must stand for unity. A kingdom that is divided is doomed. We need to make a stand an christianity as a whole. This unity also is an imortant sign to the outerworld where there are as many opinions as grass.
If we carry out these three things and they kwow that we have Jezus they will go and ask you question at their time and then is the time to answer an give account of what is in your heart. Then it is more then abstract ideas and filosofy. No, they have seen Christ in you and want to know about what is in you
