What is the best foundation to use?

I was just wandering what foundation is the best or which do you prefer?

I prefer to use no foundation, just moisturizer and light powder and I then I put regular eye makeup and blush on. No lines, no cakiness and much healthier for my skin.

Really depends on your particular skin and its properties. I cannot say enough about mineral cosmetics in general, though.

I just recently switched from Almay to Clinique. What a difference in the softness and coverage of the Clinique vs. the Almay!

I use a foundation from Shiseido, a Japanese company. The pigment is perfect for those of us who have olive or ocher understones. Plus, you get a SPF of 15. I wouldn't use anything else.

for me it depends on time of year as in the summer i dont use that,just spf tinted moisturizer. fall & winter though i do use foundation to protect and even my indoor skin out. i love elizabeth ardens flawless finish.

I like Shisedo or Sephora. I prefer things without SPF because I want my face to tan evenly with the rest of my body.

I prefer to use mineral makeup. It has a natural SPF and is great for your skin.

I use to love merle norman..but they are pricey and do tend to leave a cakey look sometimes..with the baby coming...I don't feel like putting on much make up and I do like saving the extra cash...so I have went back to cover girl..it never leaves a makeup line, never cakey, easy to apply, great coverage, lasts a long time, give me a refreshed look not a make up look, and it is affordable.

they have been around so long,the foundation of hollywood and i've used it for years too...my skins in great condition but at 44..i now am worrying a bit more. i tend to not use a foundation that will sit in any type of crease and this one works so wonderfully so i have stayed with it.

I have super pale skin, so it's been a lil difficult to find a foundation that matches my skin tone... I finally found on yesturday - Elizabeth Arden Flawless finish, it's very expensive, but very good. I always wear a sunscreen under it, because the spf 8 built in to it will protect my skin for about mmmm 2 minutes
