Douay-Rheims with Haydock commentary is one of the best Catholic bibles out there.

Sorry people im going to be getting a NAB just debating on which one to get..... and i might order a few other things, i just made a new thread as well.. im trying to fine some sort of bible guide or plan book or a bible with a planer in it for reading. mabye i'll just do cover-cover the first time

I don't know where you live, but I've also seen some nice Catholic Bibles in Borders Book stores. They also have ones you can order if they don't have them in stock.

I buy a lot of books by saints and older texts so one of my favorites is tanbooks.com.

But...you'll only find the Douay-Rheims there.

I had highly recommend TAN books. They publish very good books; very spiritually helpful!

If you are in need of a Bible, I strongly recommend that you purchase a Douay-Rheims Bible; it is noted for its beauty, fidelity to Church teaching, and for being accurate and strongly orthodox scriptural translation.
