Yes, the glory of God is seen so much in nature.Being out in Nature
Being out in Nature
Reading God's Word every say!John's Gospel and Hebrews seem especially wonderful.
I think of Isaiah 55.11: "My word ... shall not return unto me void..."To each there comes in their lifetime a special moment when they are figuratively tapped on the shoulder and offered the chance to do a very special thing, unique to them and fitted to their talents. What a tragedy if that moment finds them unprepared or unqualified for that which could have been their finest hour.
Winston S. Churchill
I found this quote after listening to a video of John Paul Jackson and he said something very similar. It struck a cord with me and I reflect back on it a lot. I find it fascinating to think about how we all were blessed with specific traits..strengths and weaknesses...put on this earth at a specific time...to accomplish a task that has been given to us. Whether it be to gather a huge crowd and help get thousands converted one night or that on july 17th 2024 at 2:31pm you plant a seed in someones heart that will eventually get them saved... we all have a very specific purpose that only we can perform at the highest level... what inspires me is the realization that that 'finest hour' can be missed, and what a tragedy that would be.
Isn't that awesome? Witnessed that just a couple days ago as a matter-of-fact, definitely inspiring you're right.Folks that are having difficult times, yet they still maintain a lovely, upbeat attitude.
