What does it mean if I sin?
It means that I have not taken advantage of what God has made available to me through the power of the risen Christ and the Holy Spirit.
God has given me all that is necessary to live the life that He wants me to live. I must take advanage of what God has done for me. This does not mean that I am sinless nor that I will never sin again. It means that if I do sin, I cannot blame God and say that is the way He made me. All I can blame is my own failure to yield to the power of the Spirit and the victory of Christ.
I am aware that Satan has taken a strong foothold in some of your lives. Some are bound by bad habits that have kept you in spiritual defeat all your Christian life.
You have never known your full joy in Christ because their has been sin or failure which has plague or hounded you all the way.
You seek God's help through prayer but you find that your flesh is weak. You become discouraged and Satan begins to lie to you. There is no way out.
In your own strength you will never make it. You might as well give up!

Be Thankful for anything
