What happened to CF just now?

Hi

CF had a server error - how long was CF offline for? About 1.5 hours?

Good thing I noticed it and rebooted lighttpd!

Mmm... need to ensure that such downtimes get automatically fixed!

Can anyone tell me what happened in detail and how long we were down for?

The site was down since about 11pm eastern time. The pages were taking a long time to load (and finally never did) so I reloaded and got a 500 error that the page had a error and couldn't be displayed.

Thre was about 1/2 hour of slow loading. Very very slow. Like five minutes between each search. There was approx. 1438 people online. Then it crashed at 1100est usa with a server 500 error. And here you are to our rescue! Thank you so much.

It has to be the APC cache I suspect. I'll replace it with eAccelerator and see if that makes a difference...

500 - Internal Server Error

All I remember is hitting the save button to try to save some options and all of a sudden CF started moving exceedingly slow. I left and came back a little while later and it was still slow. So I came back again later and then received a 500 error.

I was gone, and when I came home signed in... it was suddenly very slow, and finally after about 3 or 4 tries, decided to do something else, and shut down the browser... when I came back 20-25 minutes later, everything was fine... a little slower than usual, but not bad. I never got an error message, but maybe I didn't give it a chance to.
