Why do you think Jesus spent so many nights by Himself praying? God is infinite, not limited to a single human body. This is why we call Him one God, three persons.

Not exactly. As a man, Jesus had the same needs as any other man. One of those needs is to remain close to the Father.

Jesus and the Father are the same God, but the Father is infinite, while the Son is not. The Father is all knowing, but the Bible tells us that Jesus is not (ex: Jesus doesn't know when He's coming back, but the Father does). Jesus relied on the Father to guide Him and to empower Him.

Your question assumes a non-Trinitarian view of God.

God the Son became human as Jesus.

The Father never became human, neither did the Spirit.

So who was listening to all the prayers while Christ walked the earth?

God.

The idea that God exists in modes or forms, and existed as the Son for thirty or so years is known as Modalistic Monarchianism its most well known advocate was a person named Sabellius. It persisted for sometime in some places but was generally rejected as heretical early on (e.g. Tertullian's Contra Praxeas).
