Yes, as a missions major I acknowledge that Christ is the ultimate compulsory agent. However...what else do you like?

Personally, I'm into music, philosophy, and roller coasters.

(this is in response to this forum being solely about college, ultimately bland, and forgetting the whole "life" aspect of it)

I personally am not a big fiction reader, but I'm pretty sure that's a sin just because I'm ignoring that whole aesthetic.

Music always helps get me through day to day, but the thing that really helps me is keeping my focus on my ultimate goal/dream of flying. I go through my airshow photos from previous summers and watch the home videos of them. That keeps me motivated. The simple sound of a jet flying overhead energizes me and gets me excited to keep working.

music is definitly my all time!!!!! but I also like computers, I want to get into computer animation, also with computers, I love coming online and chatting on AIM, or going onto different forums.

Hmm... well I love to read anything I can about names, I'm fascinated with the meanings of names and origins and stuff. I also love to read about twins... hmmm. I love genetics, like how diseases and physical traits are passed from generation to generation.
Fiction... I like Karen Kingsbury, Randy Alcorn, Frank Piretti, pretty much any Christian author. I try to stay away from non-Christian authors...

As far as school goes...family. For health reasons I can't work & go to school at the same time. My family (and boyfriend) have been very supportive financially and emotionally. I'm not only doing it for me, but them also.

I'm into movies, reading and simply hanging out with small groups.

Oh, and to everybody who likes music...what kind? Favorite artist? Favorite genre?

CCM is starting to bore me to tears so I have been listening to mostly secular stuff and classical hymns.

I would honestly have to say my favorite music is classical stuff (I include boistrous movie scores with that). I also like Rock, Jazz, and other easy listening.

As for favorites, in Classical lately it has been Yo-Yo Ma who is a fine celloist. As for other categrories I am not sure I have a favorite as I just listen to whatever.

Boss_BlueAngels, why are you into the BA so much? Are you a pilot? I have seen the BA in Air Shows several times and have ever been dissapointed. Why do you like them as opposed to the Thunderbirds?

My mom drives me. I see how hard she struggles and sacrifices to put me and my sisters through school. She has to work and she has an associates degree. So since she sacrafices so much, the least I could do is get good grades.
