What does evolution mean to you?

I guess you can say that. One day I just looked at everything and sense no one has seen god, and sense he hasn't return in 2000+ years there is no reason to go on believing that he was going to return or that he is even real. But I can promise you that it had nothing to do with science. So just drop it!

I'm not going to keep feeding the fire. If you can't accept what evolution really is, and means that is your problem. If you don't want to drop it I will just leave the forum for today so it will be dropped.

Im not talking about evolution anymore. Im just pointing out that your reasons for becoming an atheist (not evolution) arent true.

So do you think they seen god? And i'm not wrong no one has seen god. There is no way you can show that they seen god because you have to die to see god.

Or have faith that you will see god when you die.

IF you really think that people have seen god fine but I'm not going to believe someone just because they say they have seen God.

I just told you that they saw Jesus. Are they lying? These are very religiously devote people that wouldnt lie. You said you werent lying, and I believed you, will you also believe them?

How? And how do you know they did.
No because no one can see god or jesus. They might believe they seen him but how do they know it was him? No one even knows what Jesus looked like.

You believe what scientists tell you, even though they have their own biases, but you are willing to blatantly dismiss what these people have told us, even though they are known for living very Holy lives, which means they dont lie.

I believe scientists if they can back up there theories. Would you believe me if I said I seen aliens? I'm not saying they are lying I'm saying they don't know what they seen.

I think he knows very well whether or not he's lying - and I, for one, believe him.

Holy people lie. Maybe they shouldn't, maybe we don't like it, but they do. People can have flaws; there have been some otherwise wonderful people who have had affairs, etcetera etcetera.

As to the science thing, I suspect he believes them because they *show their work* - you can go look up the results, perform the experiments, etcetera.

In short, I think you're wrong three for three this time, which maybe means it's time to shake hands and agree to disagree for a bit, cool down a bit, and maybe talk about something else; you're getting more rhetorical and less friendly, which is always a bad sign.

I don't care if you believe me you are just a person at a computer. You don't know me. But I don't say I seen someone when we don't even know what he looked like. How can someone see a person but not know what they look like?
