From what I understand, Locke and his chair, Jack and his Tats and smokie may be something we will find out about soon... Also I remember reading an article where damon said we would find out about the missing children ... that may say something about Walt...

I wonder if the "hostiles" Desmond talked about and the "other others" are one in the same

I thought the hostiles were just a way of keeping Desmond from venturing out. That and the quarantine. You know we will find out about some and be left with many more unanswered questions. I LOVE this show.

could be but i think from what we have seen of the "foot others"...the teddy bear dragging variety that Eko did not want much to do with and the Ben, Tom, Pickett are not them.....perhaps that is why they dressed up

as for the unanswered questions i think there will be there until the end as well

With the upcoming continuation of Season 3, I'm excited about finding out what happened with Cindy the Stewardess. I also saw the preview showing Jack in Taiwan WITHOUT tattooes and a really questionable looking woman in the bedroom with him.

I wonder how important the Dharma Initiative really is to the mythology of lost or if it is really just a macguffin like the Briefcase in pulp fiction

I want to know what the Others, as in Benry and Juliet, are doing there, as well as what the numbers truly mean. I also want to know what the 'incident' was that Alver Hanso refers to in the orientation tape.

Walt has the power to 'project' himself as in make himself appear in other places. Remember when he appeared to Shannon and he was all wet? When Miss Clue brought Walt to Michael and Walt started saying 'don't believe them!', she threatened Walt with, "Do you want to go back into the tank?", like a tank of water. Meaning he was in tank when he projected himself to Shannon. Also Benry asked Michael if he's ever seen Walt in a place where he didn't expect or wasn't supposed to be, ie projection.

I forgot about the tank comment. I bet she was talking about the tank Jack's been kept in, but wanted it to sound a lot more ominous when saying it in front of Michael.

But I agree, I want to know about all of those things too. I guess I gave up on finding out what the numbers mean because I read somewhere that the producers weren't going to pursue that in the immediate future.
