what do u think of inuyasha

I REALLY like watching it but lately ive been having a dilemna with watching/not watching it. yknow the whole demon thing, and the reincarnation thing, it seems kinda unchristian to me.

on the other hand, it IS all about good verses evil (not to mention miroku is seriously hot and so is Inuyasha)

So Until I find something really wrong, i'll rate it a 4-5 (out of five)

Reincarnation is something very much steeped in Asian philosophy and spiritual beliefs, but it being in there shouldn't worry you. Just because something works on a concept you don't accept into your theology doesn't necessarily mean it's wrong to watch it.

As for the 'demon' thing, they aren't demons. They're youkai, which is a Japanese mythical creature, akin to the creatures in Greek mythology, like the hydra or Pegasus. Using 'demon' instead of youkai is not only a bad translation, but it's caused more problems because some people get squeemish when they hear the word 'demon'. 'Daemon' (Greek for 'spirit'), which is closer to the meaning of youkai, likely would have caused less confusion, but it's still not as accurate.

I give it a 4, it's pretty cool, but it's so long that I have troubles keeping track of the plot, because I'm too cheep to but the whole series... I just watch what I can. I like it, but it's not as good as, say, Fruits Basket or Juvenile Orion (two of my absolute favorite mangas).

I like watching Inuyasha but Dude... All i want to see is Naraku get the Whole Jewl shard! Inuyasha kill Naraku. Turn full Demon and go crazy almost killing all his freinds then Kagome sacrafic herself to make him turn back good ansd then Kikio banish the Jewl along with herself and Happy everafter

I see no problem with it,its just that its kinda predictable!i mean..Inu goes after Kagome,Kagome gets hurt,Inuyasha gets mad and kills the youkai or whaterver hurt her .the other is the gang fight a youkai,INu gets hurt,Kagome saves him,and the sereis goes on!there are many other patterns....Like how most convo's end with Miroku and SangoXD.

I give it zero stars. I cant stand it.
My other lady friends who like anime love it though. They would give it 5, im sure. Guess that cancles my 0 out.

The more I think about it, the less I like InuYasha, I mean I still think InuYasha is adorable, but it is way to predictable. *I know if you really looked into it a LOT of anime, or anything for that matter is a lot alike, but sometimes you need to take a break from da yasha*
