Attending ... on the correct sabbath day does not equate to keeping the 24-hour sabbath holy.
Additionally, .

What makes you think that seventh day Catholics don't keep the whole Sabbath Day Holy? For us Worship services are only part of keeping the Sabbath holy.

The most highly attended Liturgy at many Catholic Churches is the Saturday service. So, my question is what is the sabbatarian teaching with regard to those Catholics who worship on Saturdays?

Question should be what is the Cathlolic Church teaching with regard to the Sabbath?

If you wanted to go to a Jewish worship as an example you will find they don't give you a choice when to attend worship. It's not like we have worship on Saturday and if you wanted we also have worship on Sunday.

In my own words, our "teachings" about such Catholic pilgrims is pretty simple.

It is good that you worship the Lord on this or any other day. This would not be a point of contention with us. LOL although I am sure some will manage to dig up a little dirt on you over this...

There sure is a lot of disputing about doing the right stuff on Sabbath, (or Sunday); and I hope you will not let anyone sway you from just worshipping the Lord "in the beauty of holiness," on both Saturday or Sunday.

I don't think that by going to Church for Mass on Saturday that Catholics are making a statement one way or the other on Sabbath doctrines. For some Catholics, it is better for them to go on Saturday.

Whether you "keep" your Sabbath on Saturday, Sunday, or Friday; you will always encounter those who say you didn't do it "right;" you didn't "keep" it "holy" enough. I personally find that stuff quite meaningless..

Ex 20:8-11 Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labor and do all thy work but THE SEVENTH DAY is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God. In it thou shalt not do any work.

The assembly in Colossia kept the Sabbath but was being judged on how they kept it.

Of course; I agree that the Sabbath is "the seventh-day." What do you mean when you say "the assembly in Collossia...was being judged on how they kept it?"

My comments were in reference to the initial poster who asked what the teaching would be about Catholics who attend Mass on Saturdays. I am not sure that by doing this, Catholics are "keeping the Sabbath" or making any statement about Sabbath.
