hey all this is rather confusing i been tryna work it out i wanna make a charecter and start playing but i got no idea how is there someone who can help me out plz

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

All the World's a Stage....
Stormswept has the right idea, go to the RPGHelpcenter, what I can say off the top of my head is this:
We operate on a "play-per-post" system here, which, as far as I know, was developed out of the "Pen and Paper" side of RPG'ing. That means we almost never have dice rolls, and that this is less like a traditional Role-Playing Game and more like a collectively written story.
Christia is the set world here, and while very few people use it, I like it because characters can enter into the history of the world.
That said, Movie's and Books is popular, if you want a Star Wars or Lord of the Rings pastiche, that's where you go.
And New Worlds is great for all of you who have a storyline that you want people to take part in.
Also, there is a "STICKY" at the top of this page that should lead to you all specific particulars. I'll dig it up for you. Here it is, it should give you links to threads where how to RP was addressed. I'm glad you are interested in our Role-playing community

These rpgs are more 'writer driven' as dramaking has indicated. A desire to add to the story that interests you and write about characters you create... that's what this role play is mostly about. So get those creative ideas ready and let me know how I can help.
