  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I just rustled up this hearty salad:



It's got some Baby Spring Mix, mushrooms, Queso Fresco, tomatoes, a can of tuna, garlic salt n pepper, a little salsa, and, a couple of tortillas to wrap it up!

This is quite a bit of thin sliced cow flesh smothered in teriyaki sauce with some sweet golden corn topped with lettuce, and the ever-present sour cream and salsa!:

Okay, so I just threw this salad together and then realized that I didn't have any dressing...so...

Warning may offend some folks!


I shoveled a few scoops of mayonnaise into a bowl (on left), poured a bit of teryaki sauce over it, added a squeeze of ketchup, some garlic salt; pepper; red pepper seeds, and I'm considering a dab of peanut butter and maybe even a little syrup...

Actually, after whipping it up and tasting it...it's quite ready as is!:








I just wish I had some pickles to top it...

But, I'm content... believe that!
