I have liquid B-12. My levels dropped in the past and I had dizzy spells. I needed injections.
I like milk. My body tolerates grass-fed whole milk. I sleep 5 hours. Maybe 6 if I’m lucky. But 4 was my norm.

Yeah I used to like milk too. Full of good nutrients as well, sadly that's a thing in the past. I think I get around 6-

Yeah you probably were not on the plant based diet long enough to get the negative side effects. Think it takes a few years before the mind starts feeling really foggy. I heard a story about a guy who ate nothing but Doritos I believed, and he eventually went permanently blind.
I don’t have that schedule anymore but I’m used to long days. It is nearly 11. I’ll read a bit and go to sleep. But I wake at the same time. Sometimes 4ish. I prefer rising earlier.
My body can’t sustain that diet because my protein intake plummeted. I don’t eat enough to make it work. I have a whole foods seasonal diet. I don’t count calories. But my portions are smaller because I focus on taste.

Especially this week. Not only my birthday.. but my sister's birthday (we're not even a year part in age) and father's day. Fortunately my other sister was born early, because her due date was like a few days from my birthday.. lol.
I am proud about how well I spread out the food though. Probably went over my limit a few times.. but nothing too bad.
My siblings were born the same year too. He was early. At least that's what they say!
