I should try that sometime! This is really interesting for me anyway. I finally made fried spaghetti in butter and mozzarella. I didn't get it done the night before. So i could barely eat. I returned to it today. Dried out i put it in water and fried it with more cheese and eggs. Still can't finsh it so tonight,...lol. it was good, i don't mind having it again.
sounds delicious! The wife made some macaroni salad using our home grown cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. Green peppers (would have been home grown but this i was a bad year for peppers.) I used some prepped macaroni from 2017, and some generic mayonnaise. A buck 44 for the green peppers, a quarter or so for the mayo. A nice big bowl. She also made some deviled eggs and KETO brownies with whipped topping.
Feast.
