How much weight are you trying to lose? Exercise and eating healthy are your best bets, cut out fats and white flours as well as all junk foods. :) The people here have lots of great advice but knowing how much you weigh, how tall you are and your exercise and eating plan would help a lot.

Honestly, 2 weeks is not enough time. If you do it the healthy way, you could lose approx 2 lbs.

Need to know more vital info on you, but a good eatting plan with a hard weight lifting program that includes HIIT training is your best bet.
