My mom has alot to deal with. The tenants that live above my mom have been harassing her for nearly four years now.
My mom talked with them about the noise they make and my mom tried to sort it out amicably. They refuse to accept the issue. My mom filed a complaint against them and that only made mattters worse they began downright harassing her, by making even more noise. I tried to talking to them and wind up calling the cops, so they are not easy to talk to. My mom has done everything she could, she has filed a complaint with the company that rents out the apartments. They don't want to do anything about it, because it's he said, she said situation. My mom say they make noise, they say they don't.
My mom escalated the case and filed a complaint with residents complaintt board wich is higher up in the Danish system and the highest place you can complain as a resident so it's pretty official. A meeting was said in place. It was the same thing over again, my mom say they make noise, they say they don't. The board can't or won't do anything because to them there is no evidence. It's he said, she said. Wich is the same as giving the tenants above my mom carte blanche to continue harassing her.
My mom have talked with the police several times and they say it's, not there juristiction because it's not tangible. So stomping in the floor day and night is not enough even though my mom never knows if she can sleep at night or relax in her own home.
This is a couple of years ago. My mom had an attempted break in when she was at the hospital. Even though there are surveillance cameras in front of the apartment building and inside by the stairs, the police said that no one came into the the stairs that did not belong. So by simple deduction it's someone that lives there, and yet the police closed the case. My mom's dog was home alone, thank God she was not hurt or stolen. But still my mom to this day does not leave her apartment unless there is one home to take care of her dog. So if she has a doctor's apointment or any other apointment, I am there taking care of her dog. When she is out walking her dog she does not care about the apartment because it's dead things. So it's all about the dogs safety for my mom.
My mom thought about moving. But why should my mom have an expense because these people don't know how to behave in a civil manner. My mom is not wealthy by any means and the rent she has is very affordable and all the other apartments that's up for rent are newer and therefore also cost alot more. In some cases 3 times as much as the apartment my mom has now.
They are still harassing my mom after nearly four years. She has come to the point where she is considering going to the media. But she does not know if that is the right thing to do. All she realy wants is to live a peaceful life.
I have prayed for vengeance.

My question is what more can I do to get rid of this enemy?

Can I hand over my mom's bane and harraser to Satan?
There is that. But what made Paul give up praying for Hymenaeus and Alexander and hand them over to Satan? I guess at some point enough is enough.

I don't think the sword is for cutting fruit.
Politicians, police, the authority in my country is weak and unrightous.

Sometimes bad eating habits lead to bad brain health, same as sleep deprivation. Pollution also causes inflammation.My mom is more than happy to move, if it was possible. Health wise she can handle it, in fact I think her health will become better if she moves.
That's some rough stuff to go through. It's good you made it out allright. Sounds like you did okay in the end too. I pray the outcome will have a good ending for my mom. My mom is only 63 years, so she still have alot of years left, but it's draining her what she goes through. She has become quite old in recent times. My mom used to smile and laugh all the time. Now she is sad and many times incoherent when she talk, but sleep deprivation can cause alot of illness.

There is a huge difference. For one thing, Paul was an apostle —you aren't, and don't have that authority; but also —well, let's look at the passage: "1It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife. 2And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you. 3For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, 4In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. It was not a matter of Paul being harassed but of a person in the church who needed to be put out of the fellowship for his own good, and particularly for the good of the church. The same principle applies to the situation with Paul that you quote. Edit: I failed also to mention, Paul made no deal with Satan. Be careful what you take into your own hand to do.I don't want to make any deal with the enemy. I just went with that part in the bible because if Paul could, then maybe it was okay for me to do that too.
