Does the Bible actually speak against Racism ?
In the NT we are admonished to avoid "party spirit," or sectarianism. Israel was upbraided for her abuse of foreigners, despite the fact they were told not to mix with them as pagans. Instead, they were told to accept them as equals if they came into their country as sojourners, and were to be treated hospitably.

This is the opposite of "racism," as we use the word today. Any kind of prejudice against a fellow human being was prohibited by God's Law. When Jesus admitted that Gentiles were "pagan dogs," he was insisting that Israel was not to adopt their pagan ways. But he made a point to help the Gentile nevertheless, which was the opposite of prejudice and bigotry.

All deserve compassion, according to Jesus. He told the story of the Samaritan who gave aid to man beaten up, showing up religious people who refused to help. The Samaritan was not just shown to be an equal with failed Jews, but he was shown to be their superior.

The religious people in Israel who ignored helping the man were clearly being condemned by Jesus. They weren't being "neighborly," which is what they were to be with neighboring peoples, assuming foreign relations were even possible.

Amos 1 is a good example of how God expects peoples to treat one another. But it must also be understood that good relations cannot be had with nations that insist on hostility or threaten a more righteous nation with negative, pagan influences. Israel was told not to intermarry with them, nor to have business relations with them.

Yes... It's full of it. We are 1 in Christ Jesus - Jew and Gentile alike.

In Scriptures there are only 2 groups of people - God's people, and everyone else. God's people in this new covenant are represented as some people from every tribe nation and tongue on earth.

And we are known by our love of one another... John 13:35

Racism is based in superiority and hatred.. not oneness in Christ and brotherhood among the tribes of man.

Here are a few passages that speak to racism of any kind:

Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. (Galatians 3:24-29)

But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all. Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. (Colossians 3:8-13)

"I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. (John 17:20-23)

There are many more, but these were the ones that jumped to mind. Hope this helps.
