Will have to try it.... Im not a fan of fish and so far most of the salmon I have had has an almost leathery type of after taste.

Oh man - I LOVE LOVE LOVE fish!!!
As far as the soy goes - keep that to a minimum. Soy has a ton of the plant version of estrogen. (kills testosterone)

Yeah, thats why I avoid anything soy. Ive found a few drinks here and there that had soy in it and I stopped drinking it a shot time after trying it once I found soy in the ingredients.

Too bad its so hard to find real food these days.

I just finished writing the schedule for next week. We will probably have to tinker with it tomorrow. It will be a challenging week for sure! I still have a lot to do here at home, too.
