I like documentaries. Just finished the WWII From the Frontlines series on Netflix. Britain and the US certainly played major roles. But it was mostly Russia who defeated the Nazis.

I caught the last hour of Willie Nelson's 90th birthday celebration at the Hollywood Bowl. The man is a legend beyond doubt. This is the holiday season, and one of my favorites is a Christmas song he wrote in the early 60s. It was recorded by Roy Orbison in 1961. It's not a traditional Christmas carol by any means. But it's a great song:

This is also from the early 60s. Willie wrote,and had already recorded it. But a cover by Jimmy Elledge, an obscure one-hit singer, made the top 40. It's a very cool song that has a dark twist in the last verse:

Frasier season 8.

Weird, Paramount + seems to have added the 4K rendering it original had for its first few seasons. Grainy as heck, but still looks really nice.

Arizona, I am absolutely thrilled with this dusting of light powder snow. We don't get snow very often and it is hardly enough to cover the ground but it is enchanting.
Not so enchanting if it were very deep and expected to stay around until spring?

I did watch a video about integrators in chaos theory.
