Weeelll, I was forced to read The Count of Monte Cristo the first time I read it. Has to be my all-time favorite fiction. Dumas can paint such elegant pictures with mere words. Truly a man with a gift.Glorianna said:I've never really enjoyed books that I've been forced to read!

Yeah, they messed with the plot quite a bit. Apart from the book, it's a good story, but if you've read (and enjoyed) the book first, you can't help it but notice the differences.[bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] that is one of the best books ever. the movie doesn't even nearly do it justice.
