I’m embarrassed to say, but I was reading a book called “The Room” by Ray Melnik. I should have checked deeper, but as I read into it, he trashed God and insulted women who were just asking him if he wanted to hear the word of our Lord. Well I threw it in the trash. The cover looked very interesting and the description I read never let on so I bought it. I guess it’s true what they say, that you can’t judge a book by its cover.

Hi,I was 'blown away' by Bygones!
It was the most well-written,exciting, book I have read in a very long time. I could barely stand to wait to turn the page to see what happened next! Although I enjoy Beverly Lewis books as well,I think this author has her beat by a good margin,in this book anyway. Anxiously awaiting the second book in this trilogy,due out Oct.
I also liked it being different than the Beverly Lewis ones,in having a Mennonite story line,rather than Amish,seems there are so few of them.

I got Bygones from my libray,but if the second one is as good,I will most likely buy this trilogy.
