There are a bunch of threads that cover this topic - you can read those for some more ideas.
I like Switchfoot, Kutless, 12 Stones, Phil Keaggy, Newsboys and R&R Worship Circus, and also recommend the Hero soundtrack.
I get CDs at the Family Christian Stores, and they usually have some sampler discs to give out when you make a purchase - they are a great way to hear bands you don't know about.
