Denfinatley is a quiet forum, sepecially seen I was the last to join and that was weeks ago. It's really great here. I ued to be part of the Zeldauniverse.net forums. But I like it here more because of the kindness of the people and the fact you can openly talk about Jesus without getting banned lol Also at that forums insults were quite common, even from mods. I was a member there for about 4 months.

There's actually been a lot more traffic here in the Adventist forum lately than there was for a long time. Not everyone posts in this thread, though, and some people come and go. But at least we have several regular posters.

I used to dabate on internet infidels for about a year or more. It's a nasty place to be. Most of the posters use profanity now and insults are a regular thing. I didn't leave because of the insults but when the obscene language was allowed back in I got away from it. You can almost feel the demons on this forum working. There are mostly atheists and agnostics there who are very highly educated scientists and they like to chew folks up who go against or refuse to embrace what they hold dear to them in faith and thats the theory of macro-evolution, unassisted abiogenesis and slow multibillion year geology.

Well, welcome to CF! You can debate atheists and agnostics and people of lots of non-Christian religions here, too, if you want to. We have rules that prohibit flaming, obscene language, etc., but still you can tell that some people are hostile toward Christians. I sometimes venture into the Questions by Non-Christians forum to answer questions from those who seem to be seeking God. Some people there are truly seeking while others are more antagonistic.

You can also stick to the Christians-only areas if you want to. I've learned a lot from other Christians in my time here, and I've had many opportunities to share my beliefs with others, especially in General Theology, where topics like the Sabbath come up frequently. The Adventist forum has actually been quite a busy place lately. I'm happy that we're getting some new members.

Welcome! It has been a while since i have been here, so to many I am a new face. Looking forward to getting to know the new faces and to getting re-acquainted with the "old" faces. But not to be taking "old" literally! Haha!
