  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Don't quote me on this because I honestly don't have a ton of info, let alone experience on this but I would think that depends 100% on the photographer, the model, the shoot itself and the style. The image should always connect in some way, regardless. But I think with some situations you will have a close relationship between the two. The relationship may only be a brief and professional one for the durration of the shoot, but it still exists where the images will look natural. Or it could be a long standing relationship with a deep understanding of how each other works. Forgive me for going a bit overboard on what should have been a brief answer.. I just think there are a million variables that there likely isn't a clear answer to that question. I'd say once you have accounted for everything in that specific situation, you have your answer for that shoot, and then start over for the next..

How intimate is teh relationship between a model and a photographer? is it intense? or are both working too hard to connect in a human way?
Depends on what kind of photographs they are making I would guess. I'm sure those types of relationships can run the spectrum, from very intense to not at all.
