As a Crash Analyst for the State of Oregon, I get this weekly newsletter from work, and I had to post this--this is too funny:
"Weird driving laws from other states
If you thought some Oregon laws are strange, here are two from other states that define the term "weird," courtesy Roads and Bridges Magazine.
In Wichita, Kan., motorists are required to get out of their vehicle and fire three shotgun rounds into the air before proceeding through the intersection of Douglas Street and Broad-way.
And in New Orleans, it's illegal for a woman to drive unless they are married and their husband walks in front of the car waving a flag."
Anyone have a WEIRD driving laws in their state? If so, please share it!
