Hello....
I think I've developed some kind of acid re-flux reaction from the stress of wedding planning and moving etc. I haven't been able to eat normally for the past 4 days. Taking tums helps for a little while, and then I need to take more or the upset stomach and esophagus comes back. I don't often feel stressed, but in most cases I tend to not allow myself to focus on or deal with feelings of stress until they build up to levels where they physically manifest themselves in ways I can't ignore - so just because I don't feel stressed doesn't mean I'm not. I will be moving a month before the wedding and then moving again once we're married. I'm in the process of saving money to do that, as is my fiance. Money management stresses me out by itself. Anyway, I'm not sure anyone can really help or tell me anything I don't already know. But I just felt the need to vent a little bit. Thank you for listening and understanding.
