We have the power
Had a storm move through this afternoon and lost power…
Typically, when this happens, I give it about 30 seconds while it reroutes, and power comes back up…if goes out after that…. you know its going to be out for a while. Today it did not come back up …after 10 minutes….. then the second storm moved in and it was blazing.
I enjoy storms, but I enjoy power more… so I prayed a quick prayer and thanked God for bring the power back up …two minutes later…Lights on, modem back …cool, Thank you Father!!!!! BUT there is more.
I have been busy working on the computer…. so I had not had a chance to step outside. Around dusk I went out with the dogs ….and was hearing all this noise …generators. I started looking around …it’s completely dark. I jump in the car and drive around …Nobody has power at least within a mile radius …I am the only one. I have lost power several times this year along with the neighbors …this is not an anomaly ….this is God.
I come back and check the outage map and sure enough ….the huge purple shaded area shows…. I do not have electricity ….But Wow …I have power source and it’s God. I have sense turned off my outside light and only have a few on inside so as not to cause irritation with any neighbors.
I was going to say, I can’t explain it …but I think I just did ……………….Thank God for God
