Looked at "one accord" in Scripture.
It included "It came to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord;" II Chro 5:13
The early disciples had a disagreement about circumcision but ended with "seemed good to us, being assembled with one [i]accord, to send chosen men to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,..." "For it has seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to lay upon you any greater burden than these indispensable requirements:.." Acts 15
We are encouraged to be in one accord. In Phillippians 2: "Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves" and "Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:" (I Pet 3:8) and "Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. (II Cor 13"11).
Put another way "Fill up and complete my joy by living in harmony and being of the same mind and one in purpose, having the same love, being in full accord and of one harmonious mind and intention." AMPC
Being united in purpose.
